As a Partner Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to nurture existing partners and build and own new relationships, with the goal of driving new referrals for the sales team, closed revenue and brand awareness in the ecosystem.
You’ll build and execute on our partner strategy in collaboration with colleagues across teams and geographies, own partner relationships, and create exceptional GTM plans to support our Partners. You’ll collaborate closely with the Partner Marketing team to execute on co-marketing activities (from blog content, to webinars and in-person events). You will be a part of creating a joint business plan with partners and support their sales, marketing and implementation efforts. We’re looking for an excellent communicator with a background in Partnerships / Sales / Customer Success for eCommerce SaaS companies. This role reports to the Head of EMEA Partnerships.
An appreciation for building a network or ecosystem and an understanding of how this can impact overall business results is critical. Experience in fast-paced environments is also very important to this role.

About you
You are goal oriented and self-motivated with an ability to work independently. You can collaborate easily with colleagues on the partnership team or peers across the marketing, sales and other teams at Klevu. You love learning about technology and you are keen to deepdive into how Klevu works and you're interested in keeping up-to-date with market trends within eCommerce. You are partner-first, which means you appreciate that partnerships require value to be delivered in both directions. You also advocate internally at Klevu for partners–actively seeking opportunities to incorporate partners into broader operational processes. You have experience within ecommerce (1-3 years), and you have worked in either a Partnership / Sales / Customer Success role.
