We are searching for an Operations Associate, who is enthusiastic and a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. S/he manages assigned customer Subscriptions & Operational tasks by maintaining high levels of reporting accuracy.
- Assist the Operations Manager, with all the Customer Subscriptions, Payments, and Operational Tasks
- Manage Subscriptions database, keeping accurate and detailed records
- Be the coordinator for Operations & Subscription activity and respond to all subscription-related queries
- Manage customer records and Operational Tasks
- Prepare Weekly / Monthly Reports
- Assist the Operations Manager with Partner Commission Correspondence and Calculation
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Advanced Excel, Vlookup, HLookup, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills – including the ability to manage your own workload efficiently
- Attention to detail and ready to learn new things quickly
- Experience in working with customer databases
- Ability to produce subscriptions/membership reports and analyze MIS data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and work well in sometimes unclear structures
- Ability to investigate errors in a systematic and thorough manner, demonstrating high levels of attention to detail
- A conscientious, reliable, and professional attitude to work
- Experience of working with online payment processing systems (e.g. Stripe) is nice to have
